Say what you want. Clay builds the page.

Life OS turns a sentence into a page you use every day: checklists, logs, targets, a training plan, meals, prayer times. One place that runs your life the way you say.

Every plan has a next step

A few weeks in, a card asks how it’s going. Clay reads what you actually logged and says what comes next: keep going, step it up, ease back in, or move on to the next plan. You see every change first, and Undo puts it back.

  1. 1StarterNowMove more8 weeks · 2 to 5 evenings a week

Two full-body sessions that take turns, with every set logged.

  2. 2Next stepUpper and lower10 weeks · 3 or 4 days a week

Upper body one day, lower the next, each set logged and the weight moved on. Or, outside, the runs.

  3. 3AdvancedPush, pull, legs12 weeks · 3 to 6 days a week

A proper split or a race: the training of someone who has the habit.

Every area has a starter, a next step and an advanced plan, 27 in all. For anything else, Clay writes the next plan from your own records.

Your pages talk to each other

A short night moves tomorrow’s early run. A training day raises today’s protein and water. Life OS works these out from your own numbers, and asks before it moves anything in your day.

Meet Clay

Clay lives in the ask bar. It listens while you type, thinks while it works, and turns up for the moments that matter in your day. The rest of the time it stays quiet, and you can turn it off in Settings.

Drag through the day, or let it play.

Do it together

Share a plan with a group. The leader hands out the parts, everyone ticks their own, and progress comes back by itself. A running club, a Quran circle, a house that shares the chores.

Works with the apps you already use

Connect your mail, calendar, tasks and files, and your pages can read them. Life OS changes nothing in an app unless you allow it, and even then it shows you every change first.

Changes wait for your Send

Life OS only reads at first. Let an app take changes, and each one is drafted for you to check, then sent only when you press Send.

Your life stays yours

Life OS keeps what you give it in your account, and tells you plainly where anything else goes.

  • Only you can read it

Your pages live in one record that only your account can open.

  • Clay sees what it needs

What you type or photograph, and the pages it works on. Never your email or password.

  • Take it with you, or delete it

Export everything as a file, or delete all of it in one step.

  • Every service, named

The privacy page lists each service Life OS talks to, and why.
